The University of Alabama Application Requirements

The University of Alabama describes its application process as “competitive,” and evaluates every application it receives. In most cases, students who earn a minimum GPA of 3.0 while in high school while also earning a minimum of 1060 on the SAT or 21 on the ACT should succeed in their application.

Graduate students who want to apply to the University of Alabama will submit the official application and pay an application fee of $65, as well as submit all supporting documents required by the student’s chosen program. Supporting documents may include a statement of purpose, resume, recommendations, unofficial transcripts, and admission test scores.
