Purdue University Global students have a number of options when it comes to selecting an academic match. Something that separates PUG from other virtual universities is the introductory program for undergraduate students. This program is a three-week-long period where prospective participants can experience life as a Purdue University Global online student and explore the many fields of study. The three week period is free aside from an application fee. This has been put in place so that students can ensure they are receiving the high-quality educational experience they deserve prior to committing to it fully. Purdue University Global Application Requirements

In general, all prospective students must submit a completed enrollment agreement form as well as all other supplemental documents. For some students, an entrance interview will be required for consideration. Fluency in English is mandatory as all courses are taught in the English language. If applicable, prospective students should submit a financial aid application. All undergraduate students must provide official high school transcripts or GED certificates. Unofficial transcripts at the graduate level are mandatory and acceptable. Both undergraduate and graduate students must submit a nonrefundable application fee of $45.

Certain programs at Purdue Global University has separate application requirements. Students should provide the necessary documents along with the initial application packet. Programs that require additional documents are health-related fields.

Tuition and Financial Aid

Undergraduate students will pay a tuition of $371 per credit hour. Students who are pursuing a degree in nursing will pay $315. The ExcelTrack at PUD has a tuition of $2,500 per term. First-year or undergraduate students who are military personnel will pay a tuition of $165 per quarter credit hour. Undergraduates who are residents of the state of Indiana will pay a tuition of $280.

The per credit hour rate for graduate students varies depending on the program of choice. Business and health sciences students will pay a tuition of $485 per credit hour. All other offered programs do not exceed $420 per credit hour.

Students can receive financial aid in the form of grants and loans.
